Bosen American Capital Inc was officially incorporated in the City of Los Angeles in September 2017. As an affliliate of Hunan Bosen Industrial Group Co., Ltd, the newly established Bosen American Capital Inc took its first steps in the US market in early 2018.

Bosen American Capital Inc. moved to a new office. Located at 17993 Cowan, Irvine, California, the office has 8,690 square feet. With a crisp design style, the new office can accommodate 30 people. There are 2 exhibition centers, 1 multi-function meeting room, and 1 conference room.
July 31, 2018

In July 2018, Mr. Tielan Peng, the President of Bosen American Capital Inc visited the Middle East and signed agreements with the CEOs of a number of local enterprises.
Los Angeles Smart Warehouse

Bosen American Capital Inc has created a research and preparation team for the establishment of smart warehouses in Los Angeles, which will be its first overseas warehouses in North America. Based upon Mr. Peng's vision, Bosen's future warehouses in Los Angeles will provide smart warehousing, logistics, cargo preservation, customs clearance, and import & export financial services for merchants. The smart warehouses are designed to have an operating area of 35,000 square feet and is estimated to create a hundred local jobs.
