Career progression
 
We exclusively recruit experienced HR professionals into the HR Leadership Program. Depending on experience, you will join us at Team Leader, Operational Leader or Strategic Leader level.
 

  • Team Leader

    You will develop your leadership skills through managing projects and leading teams.

  • Operational Leader

    Leading larger teams, you will hone your leadership skills as well as driving change and reaching challenging KPI’s.

  • Strategic Leader

    You will design the vision and strategy of a large HR department. You will be accountable for your department’s success.

  • Senior Executive

    As the leader of the HR function, you will be the custodian of our culture and values, striving for excellence in everything we do and contributing to the businesses’ success.
