Bosen Group

Bosen Group's predecessor was founded in 2005, and in 2010 officially changed its name to Hunan Bosen Industrial Group Co., Ltd..  The company is currently headquartered in the City of Changsha, China.

With a registered capital of 1 billion Yuan RMB (approximately $160 million), Bosen Group is composed of 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 9 holding companies, and 12 joint stock companies with business ranging from investment, trade, high-tech, real estate, urban resource operations, industrial zone development in numerous cities in China, as well as domestic and overseas commercial real estate investment.

In 2014, the company officially launched the China Mall Project in Ajman, UAE. In addition, the Group develops and owns commercial real estate properties in Changsha, Ningxiang, Hengyang, Yixing, and Shenzhen, China. Its global footprints have further been extended to UAE, Australia, France, and the USA. Through Mr. Tielan Peng’s successful business development efforts, the company has grown into a comprehensive business conglomerate with more than 100 employees in the city of Changsha alone.
