Depending on experience, you will join us at Team Leader, Operational Leader or Strategic Leader level.

    Application

    Once you click on Apply in the job description, you will be forwarded to Bosen’s recruiting system. If you haven’t already, create your profile, fill out the application forms and upload your files.

    Selection process

    If you fulfil the required criteria, we will get back to you in order to get to know you better. Our selection process includes one or more interviews depending on the position. In some cases, a telephone interview takes place prior to the interview in person.

    Employment & Onboarding

    Have a look at our information brochures and your contract offer and make yourself famlilar with your new employer. In case you would like to become part of the Bosen family sign your contract offer and send it back to us.

    Your first day at Bosen

    On your first day, there will be a welcome meeting with your team in order to welcome you to the family. You will receive your welcome packag. Now you are all set. Let’s get started and put great ideas into motion.
